Most GTA chimneys are never looked at until something goes wrong: a leak in the spring thaw, bricks on the lawn, or a raccoon in the living-room wall. An inspection once every year or two, and always before you light the first fire in a new house, catches small problems while they are still cheap.
The visit is $69 plus HST, and it is credited toward the repair if you go ahead with us. The technician checks the chimney from the roof and from inside, photographs anything worth your attention, and tells you what is urgent and what can wait until spring.
